SALES MANAGER

The Candidate

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and must possess strong business acumen and written and verbal communication skills to professionally manage relationships, while building rapport with all team members and prospective clients. 

  • Know the downtown condo/loft market
  • Possess industry leading sales and customer service skills
  • Can commit the time and effort required
  • Minimum of five years experience in selling homes, both single family and multi family
  • Strong work ethic with exceptional attention to detail, multi-task and be extremely organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an individual setting
  • Goal-oriented, confident, adaptable, and committed to contributing to a cohesive team environment


The Role

The Sales Manager will report to the Regional Sales Manager of The Key Single Family Division. He or she will be responsible for day to day sales operations including, but not limited to:

  • Greeting and registering all visitors to the Discovery Center
  • Qualifying and following up with prospects, booking sales appointments, and organizing display tours
  • Generating and managing firm sales contracts in accordance with our monthly sales goals
  • Coordinating signage, collateral, and campaigns with our Marketing team
  • Adhering to our core values and marketing, while meeting sales targets
  • Attending to all MLS and brokerage administration
  • Sales management and administrative responsibilities as needed

 



SALES ASSISTANT - Key Single Family

The Role

The Sales Assistant will report to the Sales Manager of The Key Single Family Division. He or she will be responsible for day to day sales assistant operations including, but not limited to:

  • Greeting Purchasers at the Discovery Center
  • Assessing and taking care of purchasers needs
  • Direct purchasers to sales representative 
  • General administrative duties when necessary
  • Have or are working towards obtaining a real estate license but not mandatory




FULL TIME ACCOUNTANT

Key Marketing Inc., is seeking an experienced anddriven individual to manage our overall accounting requirements.  Key Marketing Inc. is a real estate brokerage specializing in project marketing, re-sales and property management. This is a full time position.

The Role

The Accountant will report to the Managing Broker and the President of Key Marketing Inc. He or she will be responsible forday-to-day accounting tasks including:

  • Bank deposits
  • A/P
  • A/R
  • Payroll
  • Conveyancing
  • Commission payments
  • Rental payments
  • All financial statements as required by the Real Estate Council of BC

The Candidate

We would like to find someone with the ability to do a detailed analysis of our revenue, expenses and overall profitability. 

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and must possess strong business acumen, while building rapport with all teammembers. Compensation will depend on a candidate's skill level and previous experience.  This is a full-time position due tothe amount of work involved, but there could be some flexibility on work schedule if needed.
