Chen has been a member of the executive team since he joined TheKey in 2010. His commitment to ensuring a client-centric philosophy is the cornerstone of TheKey’s mission. In his role, he is responsible for the strategic oversight of all teams with a goal to deliver consistently excellent care delivery, ensuring a unified and best-in-class approach. Chen previously worked at McKinsey & Company with a specialty in healthcare. Chen earned a B.S. in economics and psychology from Harvard University.
